a quick and easy way to get to know me kind of is to look at my 100 facts about me tag that’s almost done!!
with all the linky things over and done, HI DUDES!! i like cats and fashion and painting my nails and easy mac and soda and shoes and other stupid first-world things. forewarning, there are a lot of first-world problems on this blog because i WHINE A LOT ABOUT STUPID THINGS so if that annoys you you can tumblr savior out “first-world problems”. i also like baseball (which can also be savior’d out)!! my favorite team is the philadelphia phillies. *u* i love them very much!!
i’ll be 18 two months from yesterday i’m 18!! and i’m a senior in high school. i live in the suburbs of philadelphia. i am Totally And Completely Platonically Married to my amazing husbando, jas (over at scarlipped). at this point in time i identify as panromantic. i am very pro-lgbtqia etc rights, pro-choice and pro-other things of that nature. i’m generally a mac user, but i dual-boot with windows 7. my cats are named bronco billy and wookie the toothless tiger (who is toothless as his name implies - inbreeding [he’s a purebred pedigree cat] led to a genetic disease that makes him allergic to his own teeth! he’s fine now, though, they’ve all been removed). i got bronco billy for my fifth birthday and we’ve been bffsies ever since.
my copious list of fandoms includes homestuck, doctor who, yume nikki, various celebrities (taylor momsen and matt smith mostly!), my little pony, sailor moon, animu stuff sometimes, sherlock, LOTS AND LOTS OF MOVIES usually recent ones (like x-men: first class and the social network) and other stuff THE LORAX AND ONLY THE LORAX THE ONCELER IS MY PRECIOUS BABBU OK MAYBE SOME HOMESTUCK. my favorite band is ludo which i super duper recommend. a lot. i might be seeing them for the second time later this month I SAW THEM AND IT WAS GREAT!! my favorite authors are chuck palahniuk (fight club), kurt vonnegut (slaughterhouse-five) and sidney sheldon (master of the game).
outside of fandom i really really like to write. a lot. *u* my deviantart is here but i haaardly use it anymore. when i grow up i want to write/direct movies and tv shows. it’s a stupid little dream of mine to write something/be on the same LEVEL as steven moffat or mark gatiss (who write doctor who and sherlock). i’m writing a novel at the moment that is currently at 23,000 words (62 pages in ms word), but it’s on hold right now. i’m working on a project with my husbando called “stick it to the man” I’M NOT JOKING which is about hipsters and weed and also there’s magic powers and a world-wide revolution or something boring like that. we hope to make it a tv show, and the pitch bible is here.
